Proud father Alex was brought up in Boroughbridge and was “supposedly” educated at Boroughbridge High School. Alex’s entrepreneurial skills started at a young age when he launched his own catering business. After selling the business on for a tidy profit Alex realized his love of cars was greater than his love of burgers and started working in the motor trade. After seven successful years working for leading manufactures Alex founded Alexanders and has never looked back since. Alex is a huge fan of formula one and loves nothing more than spending time at home with his family and horses.

Car enthusiast Andrew was born and bred in Yarm where he still lives today with his wife and 2 beautiful children. The day after finishing his last exam at the age of 16 Andrew started working at BMW as a apprentice where he worked his way up through the ranks to senior management before joining his best friend to set up Alexanders Prestige. Andrew is a keen motorsport enthusiast and has a huge passion for motor yachts " one day I'll have that new Sunseeker!"
Proudest moment: The birth of my two beautiful children, closely followed by being handed the keys for my first Ferrari!

Irfan has been helping the Alexanders group keep running like clockwork since 2013. He oversees sales and maintenance for Alexanders Prestige and its sister brands Alexanders Horseboxes and Lehel by Alexanders, as well as sales for Harvey Cooper Cars. Formerly the general sales manager for Audi Teesside, Irfan likes to spend as much time as he can with his children and family, as well as spending weekends walking in the Lake District.

Juls has lived in and around the area all of his life. After not being able to fulfill his dream career as an RAF fighter pilot, he began his career in the motor trade in 2005 where he joined Volvo to complete an apprenticeship and degree with them set up by the Institute of Advanced Motor Industry on Vehicle Sales and Customer Service. After completing this in 2008 he looked to expand and progress his career and experience by joining Alexanders to sell prestige vehicles. In 2009 he was then given a massive opportunity to work direct with Alex to build and sell the brand of Alexanders Horseboxes to which he is doing to date.
Proudest moment: First solo flight in an aircraft

Worst decision: Well where do I start……. Eating a dry tea bag as a dare wasn’t my finest hour!

Steven Cawood - Aftersales Manager
Steven has been with Alexanders from the moment we sold our first cars in 2005, and is responsible for the smooth running of Alexanders Prestige’s and Alexanders Horseboxes’ three aftersales departments. Before joining us, he managed a multi-franchised body shop for a dealership in Ripon.

After studying business at college, Joe joined Alexanders in 2012, and he can be found in our reception area at the showroom.
